Who we are
Genapse is a boutique branding and marketing consultancy run by Matt Marlowe. Genapse is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at matt@genapse.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company name, the service you're interested in and the content of your message. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the contact form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
Storage, sharing and retention
Submissions are stored securely in our hosted database and email systems. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data is processed only by service providers that host this website, its database and our email, under appropriate safeguards. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email matt@genapse.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your national data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised date.
